The following Terms ("Terms") are those under which we supply any of our products (the "Products") listed on our website ("our Website") to you. Please read these Terms carefully before ordering any of our Products from our Website. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Website, sapogiftshop.com, is a site operated by SAPO Giveaways Public Ltd (“SAPO”) We are registered in Cyprus under company number HE54778 and with our registered office at 9-11 Isaak & Solomou Str, 2236 Latsia, Nicosia. Our VAT number is CY10054778V.
We do not accept any liability arising from any attempt by you to purchase or any subsequent delivery of Products if such action is prohibited, illegal or unlawful in your territory. Legal advice should be taken in cases of doubt and you shall remain wholly responsible for ensuring that you are permitted to Purchase our products from your jurisdiction and import them.
We reserve the right to decline to accept orders for Products where agreements with our suppliers prevent us from selling those Products in your jurisdiction.
Orders should arrive within 2-20 workdays after we have received payment, but may vary depending on the destination.SAPO is NOT responsible for any delays of your package during delivery, SAPO has NO control over this. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.The Products will be at your risk from the time of dispatch from our premises.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
When ordering goods from SAPO for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country, SAPO is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and SAPO cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Purchases made through the SAPO online store are secured through trusted internet payment processing companies JCC and PayPal. All personal debit and credit card information transmitted are handled by JCC and PayPal’s secure connections. All personal contact information transmitted to us will not be shared, sold or solicited.
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our Website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
These prices are before VAT and delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due, as the case may be.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already dispatched.
Our Website contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our Website may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our Website, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
SAPO will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and agreement. You can return item(s) within 7 days at your own expense (non-used item(s) in new condition). We will either exchange the item(s) and send it to you for free or refund your money minus shipping costs and/or additional fees. Both the returned item(s) and the packaging have to be in unused condition.
If the package is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 15% of the value of the merchandise.

Any refund due to you will only be made to the same credit or debit card originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We try our best to keep our webstore as up to date as possible. Even though our online stock is updated automatically, there is always a possibility the ordered item(s) marked “in stock” are NOT available in desired sizing and/or sold out. SAPO will try to inform you as soon as possible when this occurs and give you alternative options if possible.
